had such a great experience at Best Nails and Spa! I walked in only about an hour before closing, and they were still so welcoming and happy to take me in. The staff was super friendly and patient, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I showed them my inspiration picture, and they matched it exactly! My nails came out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and quality of Mike’s work was amazing. I truly appreciate them staying late to make sure my nails were done right. Well I can’t say the lady didn’t try to fix my nails. She redid the big toes 3 times but they turned out the same way each time. Shame! I even asked if I could paint them myself but she insisted to “fix” it. Not fixed! UPDATE- Carol contacted me after my review and promptly redid all my nails to an upgraded gel. I loved how they stand behind their customer satisfaction and high standards. Thank you Carol!

They’re really the best nail salon in Abilene. Very professional and clean. The service is always fast and efficient even if it’s a walk in you always feel welcomed and the staff are very nice helpful and understanding. This is so far the best place for me to relax and enjoy being pampered! Carol Ann Helen Grandma and all the staff are amazing !!
